About Me

Get to know me!

Hi, my name is Pau Martori and I am a highly ambitious, proactive, and efficient backend software engineer based in Barcelona, Spain.

I graduated from 'Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)', Barcelona in 2023 with a BS in Computer Science, specializing in the Software Engineering path. I've been coding on my own since I started my studies and have worked as a freelancer since my second year in college (2019).

I've merged my love for coding with interests in fashion, sports, and music. Starting with web scraping to purchase limited-edition shoes, I expanded into the sneaker bot business. This passion also led me to create bots for acquiring exclusive items like limited concert tickets and tickets for big sports events like the UEFA Champions League. In both cases, my software helped me purchase the tickets I wanted despite their low availability. My hobbies aren't just pastimes; they fuel my innovation and creativity.

My projects showcase my ambition and commitment to excellence. From contributing to the blockchain sector to creating personalized bots for purchasing limited items, I've pursued a wide array of challenges. My ability to rapidly learn new languages and frameworks, along with my perfectionist approach, ensures success and quality in everything I undertake.

Atmosole is a German company that offers advanced automation software and solutions. I worked remotely from Barcelona, with occasional trips to meet the team. My contributions focused on two main projects, the first being EscapeNotify.

· Created custom monitors for the group, covering more than 150 websites.

· Ensured the infrastructure and the monitors were faster than the competition, enabling quick purchases for users.

· Solved and bypassed multiple antibot techniques used by online stores to stop bots.

· Expanded my knowledge in web scraping and bypassing website security.

Atmosole gmbh - FlareRaffles

Projects

Freelance

Start Date: March 2020 - End Date: Present

Since I started freelancing I made a lot of projects for companies, individuals and even for my own interest and usage. You can check some of them on my Github, the ones I enjoyed the most coding where:

· Bot to purchase limited edition shoes from multiple websites

· Bot to purchase soccer tickets solving multiple antibot technologies

· Dashboard and monitor for tracking Solana Wallets transactions

Silencio

Start Date: January 2022 - End Date: October 2022

Silencio was my debut project as a founder and lead developer. Initially started as a Discord bot designed to simulate human-like interaction within the NFT market, it evolved into a top-tier NFT raffle bot, serving over 500 unique users and generating revenue exceeding $200,000. My responsibilities included:

· Developing and maintaining an NFT raffle bot that became a top-tier solution in the market.

· Expanding the bot to incorporate a wide range of social media functionalities, including Instagram and Twitter bots that would simulate human interacions to complete raffle social challenges.

· Utilizing requests and overcoming challenges imposed by social media platforms to curb bots.

· Creating web3 tools on the ethereum and solana blockchain to help users distribute their funds, connect to dApps with multiple wallets and do crypto transactions with big amounts of wallets at the same time.

· Working under pressure to deliver modules and scripts within tight deadlines, often within days or hours.

Dashboard for monitoring an NFT marketplace

Start Date: March 2023 - End Date: July 2023

As part of my thesis, I developed this dashboard for monitoring the Blur Marketplace. I built both the frontend and the backend, connecting them to a custom monitor I made. The dashboard includes essential features like auth, team management, management of collections to monitor, settings page, and personalized Discord notifications. I also incorporated a subscription system payable with Ethereum via the Metamask extension, making it convenient for users.

VintXpress

Start Date: August 2023 - End Date: June 2024

Vintxpress is a project entirely developed by me that helped Vinted sellers and buyers use the platform more efficiently and get better deals.

I created a dashboard where the users could create their own filters to get instant alerts and then autobuy the items with just one click to ensure they could get the best items first. I also created bots that would boost the sales of the users, by boosting their visibility on the platform adding views and likes to their listings.
